Appointment Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy

As we continue to provide high quality care and ensure appointment availability for all patients, we are introducing a new policy for short notice cancellations and non-attendance.

From 1st May 2026, a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply to:
• Patients who cancel their appointment with less than 2 hours notice
• Patients who do not attend their appointments

We appreciate your understanding and request that you provide enough notice so we can offer your appointment to another patient in need.
